About
My name is Sofia, and I’m originally from Argentina.
My background spans multiple sports, but my foundation is in martial arts — where precision, timing, and awareness define performance more than strength ever could.
I began training out of curiosity — to understand what real performance truly meant and how I could make my body move at its highest capacity.
Over the past seven years, I’ve studied human movement and performance through strength training, biomechanics, and martial arts, searching for what truly makes movement efficient, powerful, and free.
Through that journey — and with the guidance of remarkable mentors — I began to see performance in a new way: as the result of asymmetry, torsion, and intelligent sequencing, not symmetry or repetition.
I created The Sixth Principle to share that discovery.
My passion lies in coaching people — helping them move with awareness, rebuild trust in their bodies, and discover their true potential.
Because in movement, effort will never surpass efficiency.
